For Non Vegetarians :-
 
  • Egg white or 2 pieces fish or 3-4 small pieces chicken (without skin) is advised in alternate to Milk, Curd, or Buttermilk, once in a day and twice a week.

  • 2 Teaspoons of sugar is allowed per day and all diabetics should avoid sugar and eat only 2 fruits a day. Instead of the 3rd fruit, veg soup can be taken in the mild eating

  • Use only 3 teaspoons of Oil/Day

  • Whenever hungry eat all raw vegetables, Fruits, Soups, Limbu Pani (without sugar), Jaljeera.

  • Eat in time all the meals with exercise and medication
