Not enough time to exercise? Here are 5 quick workouts that burn 100 calories in less than 15 minutes. Try to do two or 3 a day. If you combine these with cutting 200 calories a day (the equivalent of a can of Coke, or two batata vadas, or 1 samosa, or whatever it is you snack on regularly) you can lose about half a kilo a week.
