How to calculate the risk to your health.

Just like Blood Pressure monitoring (that assesses the risk profile for cardiovascular disease) or Glucose Level Measurement (for assessing Diabetes), BMI (Body Mass Index) and Waist Circumference Measurement are the correct ways to assessing both your weight as well as the associated risk to your health.

Calculating your BMI

Do the BMI - You can easily calculate how overweight you are by using the Body Mass Index or BMI method. The calculation is based on your height in metress and your weight in kilograms as follows:

 
 
 
  1. Measure your height in metres (eg 165 cm is 1.65m) _____________

  3. Measure your weight in kilograms (eg. 95 kg is 95) _____________
